NaanDanJain nomina a Isaac Orlans como Presidente y CEO de su última adquisición “Point Source Irrigation”

Kibbutz Naan, Israel, Abril 1, 2009 . NaanDanJain Irrigation Ltd. (NaanDanJain) un líder global en tecnologías para riego, ha nombrado a Isaac Orlans como Presidente de la recientemente adquirida empresa de los Estados Unidos “Point Source Irrigation” (PSI).

Mr. Orlans was a member of Kibbutz Amiad in Northern Israel. He relocated to the USA in 1988 to manage Amiad Filtration Systems USA, a subsidiary of Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd. Orlans has a B.Sc. in Water Management Engineering from the Rupin Technology Institute, Tel Aviv, Israel, with over 25 years of experience in subsidiary management and water technologies.

NaanDanJain is pleased to announce that Mr. Philip Lubars, who managed PSI with great success, will continue to serve in the company. He was appointed to the position of VP Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Orlans' experience in P&L management, sales and service operations, supply chain management, financial planning & analysis, and positioning product/service offerings will drive revenues and margin growth."

PSI, located in Fresno, CA, is responsible for all sales and customer support in the USA. In addition, the company runs a production site for driplines and fittings. The wholly owned subsidiary overlooks a number of testing sites for new and upgraded lines and works closely with the R&D department of NaanDanJain in Israel.

NaanDanJain, who now owns 100% of PSI, bought the last 30% of the company shares from its Italian partners Irritec and Siplast last February as part of the company's strategy to broaden its worldwide sales and marketing network with wholly owned subsidiaries.
